The gavel drops on another hugely successful land and property auction

A packed room saw in Walker Singleton’s first Land and Property Auction of the year, last night.

The auction saw 21 lots go under the hammer securing 18 sales with others selling prior, under auction terms. An ecletic mix of agricultural grazing land, development land and both residential and commercial properties was on offer, located throughout West Yorkshire.

Steve Molloy, Partner at Walker Singleton Chartered Surveyors commented “Yet another property auction where the diversity of lots drew strong and competing interest in the room – defining factors in securing our clients best outcome. Every lot matched or exceeded guide price. Highlights were perhaps multiple lots of agricultural land exceeding £30,000 an acre.
