Strategic Investment Acquisitions

Acting for retained institutional clients Walker Singleton have recently acquired several low yield, well secured high street retail investments in the Midlands and South West regions.

Graham Foster, Director of Property Management said “This acquisition follows a period of detailed exploration of the market for this, and other, investors. A number of other investments are under offer to clients also; these in the industrial and residential sectors. We continue to actively seek investment opportunities across al sectors for several clients.”

These investments will be managed by Walker Singleton adding to their portfolio of commercial and residential properties throughout the UK.
