Sale of Prime Development Land

On behalf of Kirklees Council, Walker Singleton have sold 11.56 acres of prime development land at Bradley Park, Huddersfield to Aflex Hose Ltd, the world’s leading manufacturer of PTFE flexible hose.

A robust planning process concluded with consent being granted for a brand-new purpose built 17,000 sq. m (180,000 sq ft) industrial building including offices, research and development facilities and substantial parking. The building is due to be built and operational by Q2 2020. Aflex plan to relocate and consolidate their current manufacturing, office and product development facilities to the site which once on stream will increase their production by 70%.
