Our management team preside over a portfolio of around 5,000 tenancies throughout mainland Britain, comprising a mixture of commercial, industrial and residential property.

Combining the latest information technology with our experienced surveying skills we provide a professional “hands on” service to institutional landlords, property companies and private investors aimed at maximising the value of our client’s property assets.

Working closely with our commercial property agency team, we provide an integrated service including rent and service charge collection, insurance valuations, rent review/lease renewals, dilapidations, lettings, health and safety and refurbishment advice.

Over recent years the tenanted property sector has seen significant legislative intervention, however, our management team have the experience and expertise to embrace and comply with these developments and ensure our clients’ investments continue to perform – in short “Flexible Management Solutions”.

A specialist department is dedicated to providing Asset Management solutions to a range of lenders and corporate clients. These include instructions to act as Receivers under the Law of Property Act 1925 together with controlling the sale of residential and commercial property, via personal or corporate insolvency or mortgage repossession throughout the UK through an established network of 800 local agents.
