Pre-Letting Agreed on Bradford Nano Business Park

Acting on behalf of retained clients, Frank Marshall Estates Limited, a letting has been concluded on the Nano Park at Newhall ahead of completion of construction in May/June 2019.

The site is situated at the head of M606 motorway and once completed will provide hybrid units with industrial/storage accommodation at ground floor level and offices above.  Units 1 and 2, in prime position on the estate, totalling 6,000 sq ft, have been pre-let to Hayley Group Limited, being the UK’s largest independent engineering inventory supplier.
