Planning Approved for Development at Gelderd Park

Leeds City Council have granted planning permission for the redevelopment of Gelderd Park, which is situated on the busy A62 Gelderd Road. Gelderd Park is best known as the former Winerite site and was more recently owned by Palmer & Harvey.

Walker Singleton are proud to be acting as joint agents on the site, which in the first phase will offer a variety of units from 2500-25000sq.ft. available to lease. Further phases will be developed to include a design and build opportunity for interested parties, allowing design input on exact size and specification up to 40,000 sq.ft.
