Newly developed industrial estate in Dewsbury near completion

A new, speculatively-built, industrial estate in West Yorkshire has come to market. Calder Bank Estate in Dewsbury is set for completion in May 2019. The site, located on Calder Bank Road, just off the A644, will comprise seven new light industrial/business units, varying in size from 2,385 sq ft to 5,250 sq ft.

Hanson Chartered Surveyors, part of the Walker Singleton Group of companies, is the joint agent for the development with Carter Towler. Phil Deakin, of Hanson Chartered Surveyors, said: “The site has been awaiting development for a number of years and our client D Noble (Commercial) Ltd. has shown great foresight in taking the step to build out these units.  The industrial market for these type of units is fairly strong and we can expect a tremendous take-up in the coming months as Calder Bank approaches completion.”
