New High Specification Business Park in Huddersfield

Walker Singleton have been appointed by retained clients, Frank Marshall Estates, as agent on their latest new build scheme being Bridge Business Park at Colne Bridge in Huddersfield.

Located just 1.5 miles from Junction 25 of the M62 the estate will comprise a total of 37,500sq.ft. split over three terraces and with units available from 2,500sq.ft. Units will be of high quality construction with eaves up to 7m and incorporating offices to suit occupier’s requirements.

The scheme is due for completion in Spring 2018 and Jonathan O’Connor, Commercial Property Director, at Walker Singleton commented that “with strong current demand in the SME market for high specification, well located, flexible space it is anticipated the units will let off plan.”
