Walker Singleton are an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Consultants established in Halifax in 1889. 

Our clients include organisations as diverse as Tesco Stores, British Waterways, National Bank of Australia, Eureka! The Museum for Children and Calderdale MBC.

The Firm was one of the first in its field to be awarded the International Quality Accreditation ISO 9001 in 1994, is registered with Constructionline for the provision of property services to the Public Sector, is on the RICS Presidents Panel of Independent Experts and is on the Law Society approved list of Expert Witnesses. 

We provide Estate Management Services throughout the UK and have developed a bespoke Asset Management System in conjunction with one of the major Clearing Banks.
